Met him while going to catch my suburban train. Didn't have time to grab his fruit but i quickly took... his pic ;) (no crop)

During the carnival (here the European Market 2 days ago), the famous Gilles from the belgian folklore - video here - traditionally offer (or throw !) in music, oranges to the passers-by. Their ostrich feathers-made hats can reach 5ft10 and weigh 3 kilos - you perceive one in the background.

Je l'ai croisé en allant attraper mon RER. Pas eu le temps de choper le fruit mais j'ai vite pris... sa photo ;) (pas de recadrage)

Pendant le carnaval (ici le Marché Européen, il y a 2 jours), les célèbres Gilles du folklore belge - vidéo ici - offrent (ou jettent !), en musique, des oranges aux badauds. Leur chapeau en plumes d'autruche peut peser 3kg pour 1,50m de haut - vous en distinguez un dans le fond de l'image.
