très belle ambiance feutrée, intime dans ces tons expresso serré, le jeu d'ombre et lumière est tout à fait remarquable, j'aime la silhouette bien campée sur ses pieds au milieu de la lumière et son reflet dans les cadres à gauche; une belle compo ! bon dimanche, bizz !

Dans le calme, entre lumière et pénombre... j'attends... mon café. Bénéfique et nécessaire pour enfin soulever péniblement mes paupières. Puis, se diriger, se laisser happer par la lumière, sortir, et... faire des photos !

Comme Anna, j'aime ces tons café... qui conviennent à merveille au lieu... mais ce n'est pas le hasard, n'est-ce pas... :-) Lumière feutrée contrastant avec celle qui arrive du dehors, jeu des lignes, reflets, encore plein d'ingrédients pour une photo réussie. "Entrez dans la lumière", belle atmosphère au goût café, j'adore la simplicité apparente de ta photo, et la chaise légèrement décalée, il/elle va venir, juste un peu de patience, (encore) à attendre, attendre ...
La vie est un long fleuve où coule la patience, car pafois on ne peut faire autrement , mais on y croit fort !!!

Je viens de lire l'histoire de ce blog et je trouve cela très émouvant . J'aime bien ces photos et celle ci pour la maitrise de la lumière !
Je viens de l'écrit moi aussi , et pour moi l'image peut vraiment aussi raconter quelquechose . Je trouve la citation de Dorothéa Lange très juste, la photo entraine notre regard à regarder autrement . Jem'en rends compte quand je sors vagabonder dans Aix , sans idée précise de thème de photo et je rentre avec une moisson souvent abondante de petits rien amusants ou pittoresques, de mots écrits épars ça et là , bref d'une foule de minuscules histoires devant lesquelles on passe généralement sans les voir , indifférents et pressés , et que l'oeil du photographe lui repère !

The light is beautiful, soft, subtle and inviting. The reflection of the man in the picture frame adds nicely too the mood and I really like how each table top has soft light that seems to hover over each. Another beautiful shot Karine.

The empty tables, the solitarty figure in the lit entrance - which is then made spooky by the reflection in the frames on the wall. Very good shot. Capturing the light and the dark at the same time is a very tricky matter, and you've done it very well here.
Was this B&W? It looks like monochrome with a green tint almost. I said the same thing about another photo this morning, so maybe my contacts have something growing on them...

Au fond d'un étroit passage une belle lumière (merci de nous apprendre à la voir) bien présente, qui s'infiltre partout en mille reflets et un homme qui s'avance vers elle d'un pas tranquille... j'aime cette impression de sérénité (et j'espère ne pas me tromper) qui se dégage de ta photo.
