Another shot from my window - I enjoy so much looking up at those two guys dancing over that giant crane for days now...

Beau traitement!

19 Feb 2009 8:01am

Alivia from Saint-Etienne, France

19 Feb 2009 8:35am

dan from Paris, France

19 Feb 2009 8:40am

Craig@Random Ramblings from Herts, United Kingdom

Oh my word, this is making me nervous just looking at the picture!!

19 Feb 2009 8:42am

Mathilde from Fontainebleau, France

Peter Miller from Lichfield, United Kingdom

What a great shot and effect, your window offers some fascinating opportunity, those guys are very brave

19 Feb 2009 9:14am

@Peter Miller: I'd have preferred a window with a view over the ocean but in Paris, it's very expensive ;o)) Tks, Peter*

djedfre from schaumburg, United States

that's great - i love the selective coloring!

19 Feb 2009 9:57am

zahai from Berlin, Germany

Tower crane, cheers. Those guys are really brave, just climbing about like that. I've been up one of those once, and it really really looks way much higher from up there than it looks when standing with your feet firmly on the ground. Also, those things tend to shake and move slightly in the wind... oh, and one of them (cranes) actually fell over and into a building around here a couple of months back...
Great capture, love the colors and composition.
Hope you have a nice day, Z.

19 Feb 2009 10:01am

@zahai: You've been up yourself ? Wow ! This one is very huge, set in the middle of a hospital (the other side of my street) so, if they fall down, it's kind of the ideal place :))
Have a nice day too, dear - today, Paris is chilly but over sunny !

Anna.C from LA ROCHELLE, France

freDeric from Orleans, France

Bien vu k@.
Bises à bientôt.

19 Feb 2009 6:12pm

Howard F. from South Pasadena, Calif., United States

You know the tan or brownish tone in the background really gives a sense of seriousness, and I think it goes well with the subject matter. It takes great concentration and a serious attitude especially when they're working at a high place. Good shot.

19 Feb 2009 6:22pm

António Pires from Lisbon, Portugal

Tu as bien composé l'image.

19 Feb 2009 6:32pm

XaviH from Badalona (almost Barcelona), Spain

Bonsoir Karine!!

Grahame from Mt Maunganui, New Zealand

Nice image and the dudes that put them together have a "fun" job.
Can see 2 from my window and the third over the road came down a few months ago.
To me they mean more of my small piece of paradise is being polluted and months of noise.
But a midnight full moon climb up them is great fun ;))
