La pluie déchaînée renforce les détails urbains de cette avenue et confére au cliché toute sa splendeur ! Le flouté lumineux des phares apporte la dynamique à l'ensemble !
Le choix du n&b est pertinent pour cette très belle photo !
J'ai hâte de voir la suite...

Laurent m'a donné ton lien... une image qui fait très polar, je trouve, et ambiance glauque... et les 800 Iso passent super bien ici.
Dis voir, dans ta liste, tu oublies Olympus, avec des rapports qualité-prix-équipement à faire pâlir la concurrence...
Par contre, si tu es habituée à petit et performant, le Canon Powershot G9 va être super attractif en prix, car le G10 vient de sortir...

Je rebondis aussi vite ici après ton passage chez moi.J'avoue que the first nous annonce un regard subtil , minutieux et très pro sur la suite à venir. Ravie de te compter parmi les nouveaux blogs que je vais feuilleter régulièrement. les débuts sont très prometteur, comme Vink, j'ai hâte.
oui, cette ambiance très polar m'a tout de suite séduite.

Rain is very hard to capture, and I think you did a fantastic job here under heavy rain. The blur definitely gives a sense of standing there and being in the cold. Great capture.

This might be your first picture on Aminus . For the first picture 48 comments !! Bravo, and no wonder why . This processing is amazing . Reminds me of picture from 1930 :)) From somebody very famous . Who knows maybe your name will be one day listed under these famous photographers of the world .
And back to picture - this rain, this light, especially raining in foreground looks like I am watching now through my window there ! Fantastic atmosphere ! And of course I will forgive you for there are no people...ha ha NO one is crazy to be out on that nasty weather :)))

Wow...I am at the very beginning of your blog, the very first shot that you posted. I love that you have stayed true to yourself through this entire process.
I love this shot, the grainy feel on a rainy day. The car that is speeding by making the one parked on the street so very still.

@bluechameleon: Hey, that's so sweet of you to come here ! All my first shots (till last march) has been taken with a compact and some are really bad quality compared to the last ones, of course, yet I love some and this one is from my window - you understand why I need ocean view sometimes :)

de temps en temps je sélectionne un photo-blog via fredéric pavot (pour cet fois-ci !) et je prend le temps de regarder tous les clichés si je reste captiver! ce qui est le cas étant donner que c'est la dernière! bref voilà vous avez un excellent coup d'oeil photographique,vraiment!! voilà! à suivre!
